Wanda Martin Wells, 79, widow of the late Ernest Wells, Jr, passed away Wednesday, June 25, 2025. A native of Scott County, she was the daughter of the late J.W. and Ruth Harmon Martin.

A devoted wife and mother, Wanda served as a clerk with Weight Watchers as well as dedicating her time to helping others. A life long member of the Georgetown Church of the Nazarene, her vibrant and colorful personality showed with her love of gardening and the flowers in her yard. She enjoyed reading, watching game shows and cherished time with her family. She loved deeply and in return was deeply loved.

She is survived by her children, Jason Martin Wells, Amy Elizabeth Wells and Glenda (Carl) Mack; brother, Donnie (Dale) Martin; five grandchildren, three great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews. IN addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Shirley Martin.

Funeral services will be 10:30 AM Tuesday at Georgetown Church of the Nazarene, conducted by Pastor Mike Justice. Burial will follow at the Georgetown Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Monday at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Georgetown Church of the Nazarene, 726 Lemons Mill Rd, Georgetown, KY 40324.
