Virginia Mehler Diehl Harris, 74, widow of Hamilton Harris, passed away Wednesday, September 25, 2024. Born in Nashville, TN, she was the daughter of the late Charles Ledger and Elizabeth "Bob" Dokey Diehl.

A caregiver to many, her true love and dedication was to her family. She enjoyed knitting and a good visit to Kroger to cook a wonderful meal for those she loved. She attended the Cathedral of Christ the King and always looked forward to Christmas decorating.

She is survived by her children, Jacqueline "Jackie" Marie Ponce, Elizabeth Ashley Johnson (Kelly Johnson, Sr) and Shawn Conley Isaacs; sister, Kay Underwood; brother, Charles "Bud" Diehl; nine grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Andrea Dawn Isaacs; siblings, Patricia "Pat" Riddle and Chris Diehl; and the family dog, Duke.
