Theresa Pennington Reilly, 71, wife of Jay A. Reilly, passed away, Monday, June 16, 2025. Born in San Marco, TX, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth and Barbara Ann Chapman Pennington.

A former investigator with the juvenile courts, she enjoyed serving as a community volunteer in Lexington and Ormond Beach. FL. She enjoyed antiques, old movies, listening to the Rolling Stones, time with her dog, Rori, but most importantly, being a friend to all.In addition to her husband, she is survived by her brother, Kenneth Pennington; as well as numerous friends and relatives.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
