Susan Hammons Breen, 61, widow of Everett "Willie" Breen, passed away Thursday, July 15, 2021. Born in Georgetown, KY, she was the daughter of the late Justice Goble and Virginia Mallory Hammons.

A former cafeteria worker with Scott County public schools, she enjoyed reading, time with her family and visits to Florida.

She is survived by her children, Gina (Clint Malicote) Breen and Coy (Stephanie) Breen; brother, Barry (Diannah) Hammons); grandchildren, MacKenzie, Cameron, Donavon and Kaylin; two great grandchildren with another due in October; and close friend Tammy (David) Hardesty and family; as well numerous nieces and nephews . She was preceded in death by her sister, Linda Lavalley and brother, Jimmy Hammons. Special thanks to Bluegrass Care Navigators for their compassionate care to Susan and her family.

A memorial service will be 6:30 PM Wednesday at Johnson's Funeral Home, conducted by Rev. Chester Palmer. Visitation will be 4:30 PM till service time.
