Sheila Kay Murphy, 69, passed away Thursday, October 16, 2025. Born in Paris, KY, she was the daughter of the late Norman and Ruby Oldham Jones.
A caregiver, Sheila wrote poetry in her younger years and enjoyed drawing throughout her life.
She is survived by her daughter, Ruby (John Bailey) West, James A. Murphy, II and Johnny Lee (Michelle) Murphy; sister, Bonita Bennett; eight grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Sean Nathaniel Murphy.
Services will be private.
