Robert Barrera, born on November 21, 1958, in San Antonio, Texas, went to be with the Lord on January 24, 2026, at the age of 67.

He was preceded in death by his loving parents, Roberto and Hortencia Barrera, and his brother, Gilbert Barrera.

Robert is survived by his beloved wife, Elsa Barrera; his sister, Virginia Mireles; his brothers, Alfredo Servin and Ventura Servin; and numerous nieces and nephews who will cherish his memory.

Visitation will be held on February 11, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Ortiz Mortuary Chapel. The following day, February 12, 2026, friends and family will gather for Mass at Holy Family Catholic Church (152 Florencia Ave, San Antonio, TX 78228), at 10:00 a.m. with burial to follow at San Fernando III (1735 Cupples Rd, San Antonio, TX 78226).
