Richard Matthew Gore, 46, husband of Cheryl Dodson Gore, passed away on Saturday, July 31st, 2021. He was born on February 8th, 1975 in Tucson, Arizona, son of Richard Harvey Gore and Pamela Ann (Meek) Moorehead. Matthew was a Robotic Technician at Amazon and he enjoyed spending time with his children and wife, playing volleyball and board games with his brothers and children. Matthew also enjoyed teaching his children to dance, teaching, competing and studying Historical Swordplay and mixed martial arts and discussing conspiracy theories and sciences. In addition to his beloved wife and parents, Matthew is survived by three sons, Michael Rios, Tristan Gore and Joshua Gore; four daughters, Baily Gore, Jade Gore, Tamisen Gore and Annarah Gore; his sister, Angela Apples; five brothers, Jay Kienle, Cory Mead, James George, Sean Bolton and Austin Gore; his in-laws, Chuck and Lori Dodson, Victoria Dodson, Justin Long, Rebecca Dodson and Cailin Bundrick; his nieces and nephews, Morgan and Brandon Clevenger, Joanna Brunk, Wesley Brunk, Nathaniel Brunk, Jake Long, Charline Bundrick, Chance Bundrick, Abigail Bowman and William Bowman. A memorial service will be 2 PM Sunday, August 15, 2021 at Johnson's Funeral Home. Visitation will be 1 PM till service time.
