Richard Neil Cantrell, 72, widower of Linda Lorraine (Justice) Cantrell, passed away on Tuesday, June 21st, 2022. He was born April 25th, 1950 in Pike County, Kentucky, son of Lena Mae (Ratliff) Cantrell and the late Elster Preston Cantrell. Rick was active in construction work following his retirement from Toyota Motor Manufacturing, where he had worked on the finishing line. Rick loved old cars, playing the guitar, collecting antiques, building things and tinkering with projects around the house.

In addition to his mother, Rick is survived by his daughter and her fiance', Amelia Cantrell and Ben Christian; his grandchildren, Stella Christian, Trenton Christian and Sonny Christian; his sister, Deborah Caudill; his brother, Rodney Cantrell; numerous nieces and nephews. Besides his wife and father, Rick was preceded in death by his son, Richard Cameron "Cam" Cantrell.

Visitation will be Monday, June 27 at Johnson's Funeral Home from 4pm to 7pm. Graveside service will be held at 1pm on Tuesday, June 28 at The Cantrell Family Cemetery in Ashcamp, Kentucky.
