Patricia Velazco Guerrero
April 11, 1976 – April 21, 2025

Patricia Velazco Guerrero, born in San Antonio, Texas, passed away peacefully on April 21, 2025, at the age of 49. She was a beloved wife, devoted mother, cherished daughter, wonderful sister and proud grandmother.

She is survived by her loving husband, Jay Guerrero; her children, Yael Alec Guerrero, Kayla Castro and husband Justin, and Anthony Armendariz; her parents, Oscar and Maria Consuelo Velasco; her brother, Oscar (O.J.) Velasco and wife Chriselda; and her grandchildren, Nayeli Faith Castro, Adriana Rose Castro, and Aria Rae Armendariz.

Patricia was a true force of nature—strong, passionate, and full of heart. She was a car enthusiast and served as president of the CLS (City Limit Stangs) car club, where her love for cars and community shone brightly. Raised among men, Patricia had the grit of a fighter and the warmth of a daddy's girl. She also had a deep love for cooking, always bringing family and friends together around the table.

Visitation will be held on Monday, April 28, 2025, from 4:00 to 8:00 PM, with a prayer service at 6:30 PM at Ortiz Mortuary, Inc. (Chapel A). Family and friends are invited to a chapel service the following day at 9:30 AM at Life Church, 2483 W Southcross Blvd., San Antonio, TX 78211. A procession will follow to San Fernando #2 for graveside services.

Patricia's legacy of love, strength, and community will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
