Michael Maxutov's Obituary
Dimitry Bruce "Michael" Maxutov, 79, husband of Joette Cherney Maxutov, passed away Wednesday, August 18, 2021. Born in Chicago, IL, he was the son of Constantine and Tanya Matway Maxutov.
A former mathematician with the Department of Defense, he was a veteran of the US Air Force. He was a member of the New Jersey Arabian Horse Club, an orchestra violinist, enjoyed tutoring students in mathematics and greatly loved his cats, Olive, Teo and Remy.
Services will be private with burial in Camp Nelson National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Scott County Humane Society.
