Lucas Hayden Ratcliff, 17, son of Ashley Brandon and Andrea Williams Ratcliff, passed away Saturday, December 14, 2024.

A dual credit student at Scott County High School and Georgetown College, Lucas worked as a manager at the Theatres of Georgetown. An accomplished student, Lucas enjoyed math, art and history, playing table top games and was an avid Star Wars fan, collecting light sabres and Star Wars Legos. He especially loved time with family and friends.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brother Caleb Ratcliff; maternal grandmother, Sherry Williams; paternal grandparents, Mose and Pauline Ratcliff; aunts, Stephanie (Marty) Preece and Krista (Matthew) Allen; uncle, Ronnie M. Williams; cousins, Emma, Eli and Thomas Preece and Vivanie, Gwen and Maverick Allen. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Ronnie Williams.

A memorial service will be held Friday December 20th at First Christian Church. Visitation will be 5-7 pm with a service at 7pm. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
