Louise Lila Rose Schultz, 91, wife of Kenneth Arthur Schultz, passed away Friday, October 11, 2024. Born in Baroda, MI, she was the daughter of the late Edward and LaVinia Harner Critzer.
She was a very independent person who was dedicated to her family, an accomplished artist specializing in charcoal and oil painting. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, knitting, crocheting, reading, square dancing and the occasional motorcycle trip. An exceptional cook, especially known for her cheesecake, she was a collector of perfume bottles, loved being outside with her birds and worshiping with the Bread of Life Lutheran Church.
In addition to her husband of 69 years, she is survived by her daughters, Debra (Robert) Manzullo and Beth Ann Schultz; grandchildren, Amy Louise Eveler, Charlie Arthur (Rachel) Manzullo, Vincent Mitchell (Merlyn) Schultz, Samantha "Taran" (Carter) Woodward; six great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Leonard Critzer, Myrtle Gaul, Ray Critzer, Chester Critzer, Esther Gaul, Marie Schutze, Ralph Critzer, Dorothy Barker and James Critzer.
A memorial service will be 6 PM Monday, October 21, 2024 at Bread of Life Lutheran Church, conducted by Pastor Lohn Johnson. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Kenneth Schultz.
