Linda Joyce Reul Gibson, 79, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, Thursday, December 12, 2024. Born in Harrodsburg, KY, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Joyce Powell Reul.

A retired accountant with Corning Glass in Harrodsburg, KY, Linda was an avid reader, especially books by Betty Neels. A member of the Georgetown First United Methodist Church, she was an accomplished quilter, was a member of several quilting guilds as well as a member of the Scott County Homemakers. She enjoyed embroidery, sewing, was a 4H volunteer, volunteered with Project Linus, loved her cats and was a supporter of the humane society.

She is survived by her daughter, Pam (Dennis) Stiglich; brother, Danny (Gail) Reul; sisters, Beverly Campbell and Margaret (Chuck) Cecil; grandchildren, Julia Stiglich and Cameron (Olivia) Stiglich. The family would like to also give a special thank you to staff of the Meadows at Windsor Gardens.

Visitation will be 5-7 PM Tuesday at Johnson's Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Scott County Humane Society or your local humane society.
