Joshua "Josh" Eugene Carpenter, 40, passed away on Tuesday, October 6th, 2020. He was born on July 21st, 1980 in Louisville, Kentucky, son of Pamela Gurley Carpenter and Harry Eugene Carpenter. Josh was a member of Capital City Christian Church in Frankfort and he enjoyed fishing and RC Cars. In addition to his parents, Josh is survived by his two children, Joshua Jaxson Carpenter and Jazlyn Marie Carpenter; his brother, Justin Eugene Carpenter; his two sisters, Carrie Miller Thompson and Tabitha Leianne (Seth) Shreffler; his grandmother, Rosie Lehman; his niece and nephews, Adelyn, Timmy and Jesse; two uncles, Dennis (Vickie) Gurley and David Gurley. Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th from 10am until 11am at Johnson's Funeral home, followed directly by graveside services at Georgetown Cemetery.
