Jonathan Dean Stivers, 42, husband of Jennifer McCoy Stivers, passed away Thursday, January 5, 2023. Born in Louisville, KY, he was the son of Harold Stivers, Taylorsville, KY and the late Judy Houser Stivers.

Growing up in Eminence, KY, he became a big University of Kentucky fan. He worked with Amazon for a time before dedicating all his time and efforts to his wife and children.

In addition to his wife of 17 years and his father, he is survived by his children, Ava Stivers, Judy Ann Stivers and Levi Stivers; sisters, Amy (Ryan) Fisher and Cathy (Jeff) Crump; in-laws, Michael and Rebecca McCoy; and special aunt, Becky Houser.

Funeral services will be 1 PM Wednesday at Johnson's Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Jacksonville Cemetery. Visitation will be 11 AM till service time.
