Jennifer Lynn Wade, 46, widow of Derek Combs, passed away Tuesday, February 8, 2022. Born in Newport News, VA, she was the daughter of Deborah (Charles) Clifton and Paul (Joan) Wade.

A former nurse with St. Joseph East Healthcare, she enjoyed reading and listening to country music. A member of Georgetown First United Methodist Church, she loved her children and was affectionately called Nena by her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her children, Jessica (Brian) Dixon, Sean Forman, Tyler Forman and Katelynn Forman; grandchildren, Jax Dixon, Acel Dixon and Hazel Forman; siblings, Robert (Becky) Wade, William (Debralee) Wade, James (Brittany) Wade, Michael (Stephanie) Wade and Elizabeth Wade.

A memorial service will be 3 PM Sunday, February 13, 2022 at Georgetown First United Methodist Church. Visitation will be 2 PM till service time. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the National Kidney Foundation (www.kidney.org).
