Jamie Spring Lafayette Tidaback, 45, widow of Edward Christopher Tidaback, passed away Wednesday, December 11, 2024. Born in West Palm Beach, FL, she was the daughter of Charles and Carolyn Webb Lafayette.

Jamie was a member of Trinity Assembly of God, loved to sing, play the keyboard and relax by the water while fishing.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her biological children, Edward Christopher Tidaback Burgess, Matthew Joseph Tidaback Burgess and Kaylee Cecelia Tidaback; sisters, Dawn Renee Dotson and Lida Rose Marie Nixon; brothers, Kennith Shane "Bo" Lafayette, Charles Richard Lafayette and Brian Patrick Lafayette; grandson, Xander Ace Ashley; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 12 PM Tuesday at Johnson's Funeral Home, conducted by Pastor Carl Kelleher. Burial will follow at the Masonic Cemetery, Stamping Ground, KY. Visitation will be 11 AM till service time.
