Jacqueline "Jackie" Ellen Lay, 75, widow of Danny Jay Lay, passed away Friday, December 26, 2025. Born in Mauston, WI, she was the daughter of the late Norman and Mary Ellen Naughton Bell.

A former line technician with TMMK, she retired after 24 years of service. Upon her retirement, Jackie used her time to relax and expand her recipes, cooking for family, friends and neighbors.

She is survived by her children, Angela "Angie" Harris (Gary Peters) and Gregory "Scott" (Linnea James) Harris; brothers, David (Brenda) Bell and Kent (Sue) Bell; grandchildren, Anjelicia (Keith) Ridener, Gregory Harris and Harrison Scott; great grandchild, Connor Ridener. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Roger, Dwight and Ernie Bell; as well as her granddaughter, Mary Elizabeth Harris.

Services will be private.
