Geraldine Brockman Humphrey, 90, wife of William G. "Buck" Humphrey, passed away Saturday, October 28, 2023. Born in Scott County, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Helen Stockdell Brockman.

She retired from the Kentucky Internal Revenue Service after 33 years of service. She loved her cats, cooking, sewing and crafts. She was a long-time member of Corinth Christian Church and cherished time with her family.

In addition to her husband of 65 years, she is survived by her daughters, Tammye (Larry) Kenley and Sharon (Don) Whitlock, both of Stamping Ground; grandchildren, Ashlee (Robbie) Owen, Mississippi and Devin (Mackenzie) Whitlock, Stamping Ground; great grandchildren, Brock and Mabree Owen; as well as her "sister", Janet Perkins.

Visitation will be 11 AM Wednesday at Johnson's Funeral Home with the funeral service to follow at 1 PM. Burial will follow at the Georgetown Cemetery. Casket bearers will be Devin Whitlock, Robbie Owen, Esteban Lazaro, Junior Wright, Keith Noel and Darrell Humphrey. Honorary bearers will be Freddie Marshall, Janet Perkins, Dana "Jodi" Lazaro, Arthur Short, Tammy Hardesty, Lisa Matthews and Jason Jarrell. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bluegrass Hospice Care.
