Franklin D. Osborne, 87, husband of Mary Oldham Osborne, passed away Friday, March 22, 2024. Born in Owenton, KY, he was the son of the late Earl and Margaret Ennis Osborne.

A longtime member of Stonewall Baptist Church, he enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting and camping. He was a Mason with the lodge in Erlanger, a member of the Moose Lodge in Taylor Mill, KY and loved UK basketball.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons, Oram Keith Osborne, Burlington, KY and Christian Bolton; daughter, Barbara Jean King; brother, David Osborne; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Nellie Osborne; his daughter, Theresa Bolton; as well as 8 siblings.

Funeral services will be 1 PM Saturday at Johnson's Funeral Home. Visitation will be 12 PM until service time. Burial will follow at Beard-Davis Cemetery.
