Diana Riojas Valencia, 85, of San Antonio, Texas, was called home to the Lord on December 17, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family. She was born on December 5, 1940, to a close-knit local family, Diana grew into a woman admired for her gentle quiet strength, hard work and surprising sparkle of mischief that remained with her throughout her life.
She is now reunited in eternal rest with her parents, her brother Fernando, and her beloved husband, Jose. Diana leaves behind a legacy of love through her devoted children, Elsa, Gerardo and Frances, as well as her nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, all of whom were the joy of her life. She is also survived by her loving sisters, Carmen, Virginia and Yolanda.
Diana was intentionally loving, caring and deeply thoughtful toward every member of her family. She was the glue that held everyone together—keeping her family close, strong, and united. A devoted member of Holy Family Catholic Church, her faith guided her life and the way she loved others.
A dedicated and skilled seamstress, Diana spent the majority of her career at Levi Strauss & Company, from which she retired with pride. Her hands created not only garments, but also a life stitched together with hard work, devotion, and enduring love.

Following the interment, a reception will be held at the home of Diana R. Valencia, 303 Holy Cross, San Antonio, Texas 78228.
