David Calvert Johnson, 72, passed away on Thursday, December 2, 2021. He was born October 23, 1949 in Cincinnati, Ohio, son of the late Shirley Mae Robinson. David served in the United States Marines during Vietnam and he attended Victory Life Church. David enjoyed his job at Qulaex manufacturing and he loved to ride motorcycles and tinker with projects any chance he could. David had a huge sweet tooth, he adored his animals and he loved to gamble, play slot machines and scratch off tickets. David is survived by his dear friends and caregivers, Thomas and Kay Cannon; his work family and friends at Qulaex Manufacturing. Visitation will be Friday, December 10 at Johnson's Funeral Home from 10:30am until time of service at 12:30pm. Burial will be in Camp Nelson National Cemetery with full Military Honors. Serving as pallbearers will be Thomas Cannon, Wayne Medlin, Mark Medlin, William Vest, Ray Ramo, Chuck Burgess and Charles Burgess.
