Connie Witt Wiggs, 78, wife of Jimmy Douglas Wiggs, passed away on Wednesday, July 8, 2026. Born in Cincinnati, OH, she was the daughter of the late John and Irma Bruder Witt.

A retired teacher with Scott County Public Schools, Connie was passionate about her students, and they loved her just as much in return. She enjoyed reading, baking, travelling, collecting Longaberger baskets and cherished time with her family. A member of Faith Baptist Church, she served as a deacon and was active in the Koinonia Sunday School class.

In addition to her husband of 55 years, she is survived by her children, Amanda (Charles) Glass, Justin (Laura) Wiggs and Timothy Wiggs; sister, Barbara Dartnall; and favorite granddaughter, Elizabeth Glass. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandchild.

A memorial service will be 1 PM Saturday, July 25 at Johnson's Funeral Home. Visitation will be 11 AM till service time. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Faith Baptist Church, 116 Pocahontas Trail, Georgetown, KY 40324.
