Chase Lee Adams, 39, husband of Jennifer Noel Adams, passed away Saturday, February 25, 2023.  Born in Georgetown, KY, he was the son of Gary Dean (Sheryl) Adams and Dana Lee Muntz Carr.

A graduate of Eastern Kentucky University, he was an HVAC Technician and enjoyed hunting and fishing.

In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by his son, Grayson Adams.  He was preceded in death by his step-father, William Timothy Carr; paternal grandparents, Johnny and Betty Lynn Adams; maternal grandparents, R.C. and Colleen Muntz; uncles, Gerald Mark Adams, Robert Lewis Adams and Kelly K. Adams.

Funeral services will be 1 PM Friday at Johnson's Funeral Home, conducted by Rev. Vernon R. Adams.  Burial will follow at the Clintonville Cemetery.  Casket bearers will be Chad Adams, Troy Sparrow, Jody Glass, Casey Stone, Justin Muntz, Shawn Satterly, Mark Adams and Mike Muntz.  Honorary casket bearers Grayson L. Adams, Brian Cozine, Phillip Adams, Ernie Adams, John Adams, Darrell Adams, Bill McCord and Don D. Adams.  Visitation will be 11 AM till service time.
