Charles Eugene "Bullit" Douglas Jr., 73, passed away Monday, February 6, 2023. He was born June 6, 1949 in Stanford, Kentucky, son of the late Charles E. and Virginia (Timberlake) Douglas Sr. Charles graduated from Stanford High School in 1967 and served in the United States Army and he was a devoted member of American Legion Post 24 of Georgetown, Kentucky and served with the Honor Guard. He also enjoyed playing cards, golfing and bowling. Charles retired from Toyota Motor Manufacturing where he was in Industrial Maintenance.

Charles is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Charles and Davina Douglas; his daughter and son-in-law, Jeanie and Kelly Beall; three grandchildren, Dustin Storm Douglas, Eliza Mae Beall and Michael Whitis; one sister, Edith Dean; three brothers, Jeff Douglas, Johnny (Peggy) Douglas and Spud Douglas. In addition to his parents, Charles was preceded in death by one brother Wimpy Douglas and one sister, Mary Kay Robinson.

Visitation will be held at Johnson's Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 8th from 11:30am until time of service at 12:30pm with Dr. Charles E. Brown officiating. Burial will be in Camp Nelson National Cemetery with full Military Honors provided by The American Legion Post 24 of Georgetown.
