Charles "Chuck" Wilson Elam, 83, passed away on Friday, November 3, 2023. He was born on October 7, 1940 in West Liberty, Kentucky, son of the late John Walton Elam and Inez (Short) Elam.

Chuck is survived by his two daughters and sons-in-law, Janie and Mark Mulligan and Melissa and Justin Ridenour; four grandchildren, Bryan (Samantha) Elam, Bradley (Marcela) Clifton, Chance (Katarina) Clifton and Sara Clifton; seven great-grandchildren, Emma Elam, Madison Elam, Bryson Elam, Carter Clifton, Berklee Clifton, Aubrey Clifton and Eligh Clifton; the mother of his children, Patt Webb. In addition to his parents, Chuck was preceded in death by two sisters, Neva Blackburn and Helen Burnside; two brothers, Jerry Elam and Ray Elam.

Visitation will be Tuesday, November 7th at Johnson's Funeral Home from 1pm until time of service at 2pm. With Pastor Glenn Redmon officiating. Burial will be in Crestlawn Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Chance Clifton, Bryan Elam, Mark Mulligan, Eligh Clifton, Sara Clifton and Adam Smith . Serving as honorary pallbearer will be Bradley Clifton.
