Catherine Ann Scott, 83, of Versailles, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, July 12, 2023. She was born on December 5, 1939 in Gary, Indiana, daughter of the late William and Marjorie (Kidder) deBerg. Catherine was a Montessori teacher for many years and she enjoyed books, gardening, arts & crafts and her beloved dogs, Maggy and Holly.

Catherine is survived by her two daughters and sons-in-law, Shelly and Kirk Tisdale and Amy and Dwayne Archer; six grandchildren, Ian and Kaitlyn Tisdale, Meghan and Jake Basham, McKenzie Tisdale, Kylie Tisdale, Madi and Jordon McClendon and Riley Archer; four great-grandchildren, Owen Tisdale, Bennett Tisdale, Atlas Basham and Beck Basham; her dear friends, Terri Webb, Christine Key, Gloria Zambrano, Greg and Terrsa Levy, Reed Kelly and Jim and Tarona McKee.

There will be a Celebration of Life service held at a later date. In her memory, Catherine requested for everyone to commit to doing an act of kindness each day.
